This feature allows you to securely and conveniently invite new or existing users to access your device directly using their email address, eliminating the need for sharing QR codes. This is particularly useful for Enterprise customers.
Step 1: Access the Manage Users Page
Navigate to the About Device screen in your application.
Tap on Manage Users.
Step 2: Initiate the Invitation
On the Manage Users screen, look for the + Invite user to device button located in the top right corner of the screen.
Tap this button to proceed.
Step 3: Enter User Details
You will be taken to the Invite user to device screen.
Enter the required details:
Invited User Email: Type the email address of the user you wish to invite.
Invited User Role: Use the dropdown to select the appropriate role (e.g., User or Admin) for the invited user.
Invited User Language: Use the dropdown to select the preferred language for the invitation.
Tap the Invite User button to send the invitation.
💡 What Happens Next?
If the invited user does NOT have a DeepGuard account:
They will receive an invitation email to create an account.
Once they register and log in, they will automatically find the shared device in their device list.
If the invited user ALREADY has a DeepGuard account:
They will directly find the device listed in their devices list the next time they log in.
