The Public Address (PA) system allows you to send real-time voice messages from control centers or apps to be played over horn speakers on site.

Required Components

Before you begin, make sure you have all the following items:

  • AI Node

  • 3.5mm to RCA cable

  • Noise Isolator (Ground Loop Isolator)

  • Amplifier

Connection Overview

The components connect in the following order:

AI Node β†’ 3.5mm to RCA Cable β†’ Ground Loop Isolator β†’ Amplifier

Follow these steps to connect the system:

  1. Connect to the AI Node:

    • Plug the 3.5mm audio jack (the small pin) into the lime green line-out audio port on the AI Node.

  2. Connect to the Noise Isolator:

    • Connect the RCA plugs (the other end of the cable) to the input side of the Noise Isolator.

  3. Connect to the Amplifier:

    • Connect the cable from the output side of the Noise Isolator to an AUX IN port on the amplifier. We recommend using AUX2.

  4. Set the Amplifier Input:

    • On the amplifier, find the input selector switch (often on the back).

    • Make sure this switch is set to match the port you used in the previous step (e.g., set the switch to AUX2).
