The Public Address (PA) system allows you to send real-time voice messages from control centers or apps to be played over horn speakers on site.
Required Components
Before you begin, make sure you have all the following items:
AI Node
3.5mm to RCA cable
Noise Isolator (Ground Loop Isolator)
Amplifier
Connection Overview
The components connect in the following order:
AI Node β 3.5mm to RCA Cable β Ground Loop Isolator β Amplifier
Follow these steps to connect the system:
Connect to the AI Node:
Plug the 3.5mm audio jack (the small pin) into the lime green line-out audio port on the AI Node.
Connect to the Noise Isolator:
Connect the RCA plugs (the other end of the cable) to the input side of the Noise Isolator.
Connect to the Amplifier:
Connect the cable from the output side of the Noise Isolator to an AUX IN port on the amplifier. We recommend using AUX2.
Set the Amplifier Input:
On the amplifier, find the input selector switch (often on the back).
Make sure this switch is set to match the port you used in the previous step (e.g., set the switch to AUX2).
